Because each piece is made to order specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns unless your item arrives damaged or incorrect. If there’s ever an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll resolve it promptly.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@meonlifedesigns.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
- A description of the issue
We will review the issue and, if approved, arrange a replacement or refund.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Since all pieces are made to order, cancellations or changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.
After this window, production may have already begun and we may not be able to accommodate changes. Please double-check your order details before confirming!

- Confirm your preferred finish
- Verify your shipping address is correct
